DELIVERY & SET UP
This service is available from our drop off BBQ menu for events with 30 or more guests. We will deliver and set up your food on your table at your event location. All of the food will be delivered in disposable aluminum pans and includes- Disposable Serving Utensils, Quality Paper Products and Cutlery . Optional: “Wire Rack Chafing Dish”, 2 sterno flames and Water Pan for $12.00 each setup unless other arrangements are made.
All deliveries will arrive at least 2 hours before your event time is scheduled Cold with heating instructions or Hot.
Servers are not included but highly recommended for an additional cost depending on availability. They will make sure the food is heated and served properly so you can enjoy your party!!
This package is priced per person, plus NYS sales tax and a 10% Service/Delivery fee. In Staten Island.

This service is available for events with 50 or more guests.
Our Full Service “On-Site” Catering Includes:
Our Brand New Custom BBQ Pit and Smoker, or Pig Roaster, and/or our Gas Grills. Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes, tables for food, tent for food, Serving Utensils, Linen Table Cloths, Top Quality Paper Products & Cutlery.. We even provide music while cooking and serving.
We will arrive 2 hours prior to the serving time and provide a Minimum of two hours of continuous food service.
Full service catering is priced per person plus NYS Sales Tax And a 20% service/administration charge for parties 51-100 and a 15% charge for parties 101 and up. This is not a gratuity. It is to maintain the upkeep of all our trucks and equipment so we can provide the best quality service.
We will set up a semi self service buffet line and maintain the food to ensure it is kept fresh throughout the event and ensure that the table is kept clean and presentable. After service is complete we will breakdown all the food, equipment and safely put away any leftover food from the buffet in half trays.
We can also suggest for you Bartenders and Waitress services by one of the many service providers we recommend.
We will provide everything needed for you to enjoy your own party.

We will bring the food Hot or Cold and put them on chafers and serve your guests buffet style on your tables. All paper goods and serving equip included.
Pizza Parties "🇮🇹ABEETS🇮🇹"
Pizza parties are only available for full service. (description above) We come with our Custom Pizza Trailer to prepare, cook & serve. Our package includes our custom wood fired pizza truck. We will prepare your pizza fresh from our prep station and cook each pie fresh in our Forno Bravo Oven. We will setup a table just a few feet from the truck and display all 4 pizza choices at once so all your guests can sample them all. Additional items and any menu customization available. Food will be presented buffet style professionally and accordingly with tabletop displays and/or chafer dishes. If you wish for pass around appetizers or if the buffet tables need to be setup away from the Pizza Truck, additional servers will be required at an extra cost.
