* Packages are priced at a Minimum of 20 People. * All Catering Packages include Sandwich Rolls, Corn Bread, Sauces, Plates, Napkins, & Serving Utensils * Reheating instructions will be provided. Wire Chafing dish and sterno Sets are required to keep food Hot. They are available for $15.00 a set (wire rack, water pan, 2 sterno flames) or you can purchase on your own. Costco, Bjs, and Sams Club supply them * There is a 10 % service charge for local delivery and setup. We will set everything up and make sure you know how to reheat trays. * Servers are suggested so you can enjoy your party. We can recommend people who we have used for some past events.

We can customize any package. Just pick whatever meat, vegetables or side dishes you like and we will make it happen. All deliveries will be pre scheduled according to your serving time. Some Delivery Charges will depend on location. Again...We will setup all the food on wire rack sternos on a covered table provided by you. Wire rack setup consists of wire racks water pan and 2 sternos. (There is a $15 charge for each wire rack setup and will be returned to you if returned.) We will light the sternos and explain the reheating process. All packages are priced per person plus NYS Sales Tax
